All our bags are carefully selected by our team in order to offer you quality bags with the least signs of wear. We are also listening to your wishes to find the pearls you are looking for!

Every bag undergoes meticulous inspection by our team to ensure they align with the original Maison standards and meet our quality criteria.

We are not authorized resellers of any of the brands that we stock. Don't be alarmed - it is rare to find a preloved reseller, that is! That is why it is so important to find a preloved reseller with a specialist authentication team, like us, who can ensure you're investing in genuine luxury goods.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

SHIPPING 

We offer FREE secure shipping via DHL with the following delivery time:

  • Europe: 2-4 business days.
  • Outside Europe: 3-6 business days. 

Please note that for shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible on delivery for paying any tax, customs duty, VAT or any other cost outside of the purchase price from RreluxRack and the cost of delivery.

All orders shipped via DHL are insured and trackable. Once your shipment has been issued, a link to DHL Track & Trace service will be provided where you can track your shipment and check delivery status online.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Relux Rack accepts all major credit and debit cards. We accept secure payments through Stripe, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Bank Transfer. We do not store data on bank cards used for payment through the site. In case of need to refund the amount paid, it is refunded on the same card with which the payment was made.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Relux Rack offers 14 days free return policy upon receipt of your order. After this time, returns are not accepted. The bag must be in the same condition of purchase indicated on our site and the Relux Rack seal placed on the bag must not be cut or removed. In order to request a return, please email team@reluxrack.com with your order number and state ”return request” in your email. From there, our Customer Support will confirm that your return request has been approved and further instructions will be provided by email. Once we have received your returned item, you will be refunded within 10 working days, depending on your bank/credit card/form of payment.

UNWORN

As the name suggests, these pieces have never been used. They have also been stored perfectly, and have no signs of wear or use. They may even come with original tags.

EXCELLENT

The item has had minimal use and may show a couple of minor signs of wear.

VERY GOOD

The item has had moderate use and may include a few noticeable signs of wear. These pieces are the perfect balance of price and wear. 

GOOD

 An item in a good condition has been worn regularly and it presents visible signs of wear in the interior and on the exterior.

FAIR

The item has had extensive use and has several visible signs of wear.
